Your reservation deposit also guarantees your spot on this exclusive Impressionist's Tour including all listed excursions, meals (excluding 1 dinner and 1 lunch), art/creative activities, transport to excursions as listed in the itinerary.

The full payment for the week long Impressionist's Tour and your selected room for 1 person (Chambre No5: Les Oliviers) is $4,700.00.

The payment BALANCE (full payment minus your $1,000.00 deposit) is due APRIL 1, 2025. An invoice for the balance will be sent directly to your email a week before (March 25, 2025) reminding you of payment requirements.

VILLA LIFE & OUR SMALL GROUP EXPERIENCE
I am proud to offer a small group, intimate experience unlike most other creative tours.

I have individually selected each event, excursion, meal, location and creative experience to share with you what I have found to be the true essence of the South of France & Provence! I chose our beautiful mas/villa within walking distance of charming St. Remy to provide you with the freedom to explore village life on your own to soak up this sentiment.

Also, by choosing a mas/villa with only 6 rooms, I have intentionally crafted a small group experience. My goal is for us to be able to celebrate not only the location yet also celebrate each others creativity, stories and inspiration we all have to share.

As with my philosophy on life, through respect, curiosity, understanding and inclusivity I have met the most amazing humans around the globe. Our Provençal HOME for the week will honor this belief and embrace our creative connectivity.

Cancellation BEFORE April 1, 2025 - Final Balance Payment
If you decide to cancel after you deposit is charged (before you have paid the full balance), we can refund 100% deposit IF you have someone to take your space. If not, there is a refund of 85% of your deposit, as a restocking fee will be deducted. For either case above, after you cancel, you will not be liable for the balance.

Cancellation AFTER April 1, 2025 - Final Balance Payment
If you decide to cancel after the balance is charged (on or after April 1, 2025), there will be NO REFUND as all payments have been made to our vendors & providers for the experience.

The only exception is if you have someone to take your place/room and can pay in full immediately. In this case, we can provide you a 85% refund of your entire payment.

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE and have provided a convenient link to our travel partner World Nomads insurance below. In case of unforeseen events, change in plans, accidents or travel delays causing you to miss the tour, we will be unable to refund your payments.

Our above policy means a lower package price for you. Thank you for understanding.

INDIVIDUAL NEEDS
This tour offers a balance of touring locations as well as relaxing time at the villa. Our creative sessions will be offered both on location as well as at the villa. Each off site location does have some walking involved, but for anyone who may desire less walking, we will make sure to provide options. For instance, we can suggest taking a taxi/uber (not paid by tour package) to a location we are walking to, or you can opt to forego a walk and just relax on location in a park or square or at the villa. If you have any questions, be sure to ask me!

FOOD PREFERENCES
After paying your deposit, we will send out a list of questions such as food allergies or food preferences. We have a private chef who will be preparing group meals (not individual orders) and we will ensure that he has everyone's dietary restrictions when offering his delicious menus.

EXTRAS
Our villa is located within walking distance of St. Remy village. Yet, in general, the Provence region of France is not very accessible without renting a car or hiring an uber/taxi/driver. If you would like to go on your own personal excursions (NOT included in our tour) we are happy to point you to locations on the web to find more information, but do not have the bandwidth to organize your individual tours as our time will be focused on the planned events/excursions as part of our inclusive tour.

We want to create a safe and healthy environment for all our guests in our post-COVID world. We ask that our guests be respectful of others wishes or desires (i.e., to wear a mask if they so choose.) If for any reason you are feeling unwell during the tour, please be respectful of our small group size and take the opportunity to rest and relax as you recuperate.

UNEXPECTECD CIRCUMSTANCES
As we have seen in the past (i.e., COVID in 2020 or a massive earthquake in Morocco weeks before a Marrakech tour I lead) - our world can sometimes throw curve balls that we do not want or expect! In the event of unforeseen global circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to modify this creative tour (dates, locations, excursions, etc.) Participants will be promptly informed of any changes and offered whatever possible options we can provide given the timing, situation and circumstances.
