Journal Drawing Made Simple

For many a  stumbling block to starting a creative journal may be that they feel they just can't draw, so it's not worth trying. I'm here to dispel that myth. I truly believe everyone has the creative ability to draw. When we lose the need for perfection (or realism, as cameras and photographs do this really well), we can learn to relax and create a meaningful journal entries we are proud of!

In this section we will review 3 simple, approachable drawing techniques I recommend to get started - the doodle, the sketchy and the wonky. I will discuss how I define each method, and then we will practice together and create 2 drawings, an ice cream cone and a building in each of these three ways.
