This class includes three videos of online art instruction. The videos will walk students step by step through the process of making 3 individual Valentine "Love Note" cards to send to friends and family. Students will learn how to draw fun musical motifs from different eras and watercolor them to create festive illustrations.

Art Supply List

To create the art in this class, you will need the following supplies:
  • 3 pieces of 4"x6" (or 5"x7") watercolor paper
  • watercolor set
  • brush or waterbrush to paint watercolors
  • black (waterproof) pen (like Micron)
  • HOMEWORK: Select 3 different song lyrics from 3 different eras, the 1970s, the 1980s/90s and the 2000s.
