By purchasing Betsy Beier, Wanderlust Designer illustrations you are being granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, one-person license to use the illustrations for personal use and limited commercial/small business use:

PERSONAL USE
-Illustrations can be used on personal or not-for-profit projects such as: personal invitations, personal party goods, banners, announcements, scrapbooking, web graphics (on personal site), blog graphics (personal blog), social media, and/or other personal projects similar in nature.

LIMITED/SMALL BUSINESS USE
-Illustrations used in an end product for a small business must be different than just single original illustrations (for instance illustrations are combined in various ways, combined with other graphics or text, used in enhanced layouts, etc.)
-Illustrations used in an end product for small-business commercial use (I.e., Etsy shop owner creating an invitation, or party goods) is limited to selling no more than 100 units of the end project. (For more units, purchase Extended License)
-When illustrations are used in an end products for a small business (as stated above), credit is required within the description of the product that my illustrations have been used in your product. Your wording can be unique to your product, but contain the credit line, “©Betsy Beier, Wanderlust Designer” somewhere in the text.

-Illustrations CAN NOT be sub-licensed or used in any other licensing deals (exclusive, non-exclusive or any type of licensing agreement) with a 3rd party client (i.e., not for use in your own business.)
-Illustrations CAN NOT be mass produced and sold to third party companies, manufacturing companies, etc.
-Illustrations CAN NOT be used in a pornographic, defamatory, offensive or unlawful manner.
-Illustrations CAN NOT be used as a trademark, or registered logo.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
All digital download sales of illustrations are final. Since files are send immediately for download after purchase, I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

CREDIT FOR ILLUSTRATION USAGE
When are required to provide credit

BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY
In purchasing a digital download of illustrations, it is the buyer’s responsibility to know how to open the files using an automated ZIP file, and understand how to use PNG files in other software applications of their choosing prior to making a purchase.
